Washable BIO cloth bandage

When are these cloth bandages used?

  • Our cloth sanitary towels are among the hygiene products that are perfect for daytime use. For the night, you will most likely need something with even better absorbency.
  • Cloth pads are also suitable for the postpartum period when bleeding is already less heavy.
  • Cloth pads are also very suitable for mild incontinence .

How many cloth pads will I need for one cycle?
The number of sanitary towels you need depends entirely on the duration and strength of your period. It is therefore very individual, as it can be different for every woman. To start with, we recommend using the same amount of cloth pads that you used to use (disposable pads). The cloth pads are changed just as often.

What are the advantages of cloth sanitary towels over conventional sanitary towels?

  • They are incredibly soft and comfortable. Conventional sanitary towels are made from plastics, among other things. We use certified organic cotton for the production of our sanitary towels.
  • Thanks to the organic cotton, our cloth pads are much more breathable than disposable sanitary towels. They are therefore perfect for women who struggle with recurring infections or similar problems.
  • They are very thin and absorbent at the same time.
  • Our cloth bandages have a perfectly fitting cut. Other cloth bandages on the market are very often made from just one piece (including wings). But not our cloth bandages! The wings of our fabric bandages are sewn on separately and separated with a practical hem. This cut then protects against leakage and slipping.
  • They are beautiful, especially this satin version. The individual well-being of every woman is important, isn’t it? 🙂

Care and cleaning
Care and cleaning is very easy (training with cloth diapers for babies can be helpful).

Note: After the first washing process, the length of a cloth bandage may be slightly shortened because it is made from a natural material (100% cotton). The small shrinkage of this material is therefore completely natural. After the first shrinkage, the length of the fabric bandage is already fixed and will not shrink again.

Use:
The single-colored side (PUL) should be at the bottom, i.e. facing the underpants. The patterned side should be facing upwards, i.e. towards the skin. Then secure the fabric bandage with a press stud or Velcro fastener.
